Sam is an architect who brings together sustainability and conservation to create buildings that are future-ready. As a certified Passive-House** designer, he has experience delivering residential and commercial projects with meticulous attention to detail and seamless project management. Sam brings versatility and precision to every project with experience spanning sensitive alterations, thoughtful extensions and innovative new builds.
** Passive-House is an international energy performance standard for buildings which aims to reduce or preferably remove the requirement for space heating and cooling. Developed by physicist Wolfgang Feist who researched, built and tested inhabited homes and developed his solution into 6 key principles.
