Both restoring historic buildings and designing new architecture in sensitive locations come with responsibility. Design decisions must respect a building’s historic significance while ensuring it remains functional and sustainable for decades to come.
We work with clients across residential, commercial, education and heritage sectors both in rural and urban settings. Our role is to guide projects through the complexities of the design and construction stages, unlocking the potential of each site.

Today, the practice is led by Nicola Foot, supported by a small, highly experienced team with specialist expertise in conservation, sustainability and complex heritage projects.
